Apply for technical and professional approval for a hotel establishment
Who can apply?
This procedure can be carried out by any economic operator
What are the documents to be provided?
- An application form to be obtained from the Guichet Unique in ABIDJAN, the DR and DD in the interior
- A photocopy of the National Identity Card/Passport or any other authentic document
- A title deed or a lease contract
- A topographic extract certified by the CIE or SODECI or Topographic Survey (rural land)
- A feasibility study (description and estimate of the project)
- A technical file (plan of mass seen in plan, of Sections and frontages, descriptive and estimated estimates)
- An inquiry of Commodo and Incommodo (Project to be examined by the Interministerial Commission of allocation of state land intended for the tourist promotion)
- An environmental impact study (new project or an environmental audit for the establishments in operation)
- A feasibility study (Business Plan and Project Description)
NB: The file is provided in 10 bound copies, including a Binder of original documents and 9 Photocopies.
